I'd love to see discussion on John de Ruiter- I've been to see many teachers, but John gave me the biggest "chill" of being cultlike. I still remember some woman in the retreat coming up to me with wild eyes, grabbing both my hands and shouting "It's liquid gold! It's liquid gold" (referring to John). I saw some really strange energy in that place. Also, all anyone ever talked about was giving up their life for what they knew to be "true", which generally meant moving to Edmonton to be close to John. All in all, a weird trip. And I'm pretty open minded about this kind of stuff generally!

Toby Keith- totally!!! And to top it off- he really, truly, drives one of those country monster trucks, it's this huge bright blue pick up truck that has those oversized pumped up wheels on it. It's like one of those cars you used to see on TV that would be driving over piles of normal sized cars and crushing them. He totally drives that kind of car. Oh, and he is in a relationship with two sisters. Sad thing is, a few of my friends who used to be with Gangaji actually moved to Edmonton to be with him, that's how I ended up there checking him out.
